Fryed Carrot & Zucchini

I am always trying to do cooked carrots and Jer will NEVER eat them. I like cooked Veggies he does not. But I invented a way that he seemed to like. I also used this recipe last week when I took dinner over to my uncle and aunts:
(Since it was just invented there are no exact measurements)
Place E. Virgin Olive Oil into a pan and get the oil fairly hot
Cut the carrots and Zucchini into edible slices placed into a bowl and mixed our favorite seasoning salt in (its called Essenes of the North West) Next I mixed in about a half teaspoon of minced garlic
I placed the seasoned veggies in the oil and cooked it on MEDIUM heat for 5 minutes...It is not enough for the veggies to get SOGGY but it cooks them to perfection. They were so yummy!

CARNIVAL in my living room!

I don't really like a lot of video games there for it is hard to find games for our Wii that both Jer and I will play together..I have been wanting a game called Carnival games since we got the Wii...Yesterday Jer surprised me with it :)
It is SUCH a blast, you might think that it would get old, but there are SO many different games to play on it! If you have a Wii i recommend this game highly...If you do OR don't have a Wii come play it at our house we will make an evening out of it, maybe even make kettle corn, Corn dogs, and Cotton Candy!!!!
By the way...IF you got sore from playing Wii Sports THATS NOTHING (lol) this kicked my bum!

Fugitive

Have you seen this boy? He is a fugitive on the run from clothes, diapers, socks or shoes! There is a reward if you find him, and an even greater reward if you can get a diaper on him fast enough before he escapes your clutches as well!

Breakfast on Thursday morning

This morning while feeding Kohen he was doing a lot of funny things: First off he would stick his fingers in his mouth after each bite (as if feeling the texture to approve it). Second he was saying A LOT of new "words" this morning, but the only one I could understand was "yum mm" he would say yum every other bite :) and third he kept trying to share his food with me, when he would stick his fingers in if a little got on his hand he would try to share it by sticking his hand out to my mouth. I couldn't really take pictures while I fed him, but I always give him the empty bowl when he is done eating and say "all gone" so that he can see I'm not just taking his food away...So that is when I ran to grab the camera. He was trying to pick up the few droppings of rice cereal that are on his tray..you never want to waist food right!

Here is my little man sharing! He loves to share EVERYTHING, Binkies, Blankies, Toys and Food!
Just a little side note...He has got his first TOP tooth in officially two days ago YAY!! Three down lots to go.

What Symbolizes Spring to you?

Open your window! Do you hear the baby birds chirping? Do you see the Daffodils pushing up through the hard cold ground? Is it time to switch the jacket you wear outside, from a heavy "Columbia" to a light Fleece? "Spring is such a hopeful season" I read in the newspaper "illustrated with a rainbow of colors in bloom"

Spring to me is the HOPE for brighter happier things...it is not always warm, but the colors make up for that. Spring to me is the sound of a lawn mower early Saturday morning, or the sound of a base ball being hit against an aluminum bat..the "ting" that echo's yards away. I remember waiting for the school bus and LOVING the blossoms on the Cherri tree...that gave me HOPE that school was ending soon and summer was just around the corner!

But what I want to know...is what symbolizes Spring to you?
